Your Way services are delivered in partnership with Young People Cornwall, Xenzone-KOOTH, Penwith Community Development Trust and Volunteer Cornwall and most importantly young people who were involved in the design of the services and continue to play a key role in the shape of the services through delivery, peer review and research.
The Learning Partnership for Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly holds a contract with Cornwall Council to deliver the Community Facilitators part of the Big Lottery Headstart Kernow Project. Our aim is to enable young people and local communities to support 10 - 16 year olds showing early signs of emotional problems and prevent development into more serious mental ill health by building sustainable links between young people, families, local community organisations, schools and public services.
This project is delivered in partnership with Young People Cornwall, Penwith Community Development Trust, Pentreath and Xenzone-KOOTH.

EU Growth Programme 2014 – 2020
The Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Growth Programme is the European economic regeneration programme for the region. Running from 2014-2020 it will contribute to the EU ambition to deliver smart, sustainable and inclusive growth. The CIoS Growth programme is made up of two main funding streams, one of which is European Social Fund (ESF), which is about supporting people and is the fund into which the Learning Partnership has and will continue to bid. It is worth £166m, which is 25% of the whole programme for CIoS. There will be a mixture of co-funded and open calls.
The co-funding organisations, this time called ‘Opt Ins’, are The Big Lottery, DWP and the SFA. The first calls have now gone out and the call timetable is shown here, although it should be noted that this is a working document which is constantly being revised, so is indicative only.
